Recruiter/Sales – Anaheim / DTLA

Position: High-Volume Recruiter/Sales.  You’ll be provided with the opportunity to learn and play an integral part in cutting edge recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Provide full life-cycle high-volume recruitment and on-boarding activities across all geographies, project sectors, and services within the Autism Spectrum Therapies organization
• Play an integral role in the utilization and further development of our applicant tracking system,
• Constantly bring new ideas and strategies to the table and be able to execute on those ideas
• You will play a key role in growing our digital, mobile, and social recruiting capabilities
• Perform reference checks and develop resumes suitable for internal and external client presentation
• Provide a service to our Hiring Managers and Executive leadership that is second to none, including: taking the time to have a detailed understanding of company, department, and Hiring Manager needs, being an expert in all things recruiting related, and having a high sense of urgency to fill positions with efficiency and quality.
• Source active and passive candidates for open requisitions utilizing all resources available to you
• Treat candidates exactly as you would want to be treated during the hiring process

Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5  years of high-volume, diverse portfolio of positions, full life-cycle, multi-customer, multi-region recruiting in a corporate environment is absolutely required
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing all functions of an Applicant Tracking System
• Fresh, upbeat, eager-to-learn, “can-do” spirit, with the ability to be resourceful and figure things out.
• Urgent. You tackle tasks with a sense of urgency
• Smart. You have the ability to understand how metrics correlate to strategy, and you possess an intuitive nature.
• Ambitious. You know you’re good and you’re itching to be given the chance to prove it.
• Friendly. You seem to get along with many different personalities flawlessly.
