Now Hiring Superintendent
We are looking for an Experienced Superintendent that will fit with our team of exceptional project managers, project engineers, superintendents, field staff and office personnel. The successful candidate will have a strong skill set in project leadership from beginning to completion, excellent and professional communication skills, along with being highly organized.
We premium-quality custom home building in these areas: Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Brentwood, and Etc. The quality of a home Construction builds comes from three major components;

As important as our client relationships are, our company-to-employee relationships are equally important to us.
Qualifications –
- At least 8 (eight) years in successful direct superintendent duties as well as success in the following:
- Managing all assembly aspects of a completely custom home
- Working and communicating directly with the project team – project manager, clients, architects, and designers;
- Supervise subcontractors that perform work on the project, as well as, in-house workforce
- Maintaining a close – hands-on – relationship with company principal owners and Company staff

STARTING SALARY: 110k to 130K
