We are looking for an Experienced Superintendent that will fit with our team of exceptional project managers, project engineers, superintendents, field staff and office personnel. The successful candidate will have a strong skill set in project leadership from beginning to completion, excellent and professional communication skills, along with being highly organized.

Qualifications –
- At least 8 (eight) years in successful direct superintendent duties as well as success in the following:
- Managing all assembly aspects of a completely custom home
- Working and communicating directly with the project team – project manager, clients, architects and designers;
- Supervise subcontractors that perform work on the project, as well as, in-house work force
- Maintaining a close – hands on – relationship with company principal owners and Company staff
