You’ll play a pivotal role in full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and departments, using your creativity and sense of urgency to attract top talent while supporting hiring managers and executive leaders.
đź› Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, roles, and services

Execute and improve sourcing strategies across digital, mobile, and social platforms

Bring fresh ideas and execute innovative recruiting campaigns

Leverage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track and manage candidates efficiently

Conduct reference checks and prepare resumes for internal and external presentation

Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions

Source active and passive candidates using all available tools and strategies

Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment

Proven experience recruiting across diverse roles, regions, and industries

Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High level of initiative, urgency, and follow-through
