Production Supervisor/Manager
Seeking Production Manager you will contribute to the company’s success in the following ways:
– Responsible for overseeing Cushion Manufacturing daily operations, solving operational problems and eliminating production bottlenecks while driving daily production.
– Responsible for providing timely solutions to customers both internal & external.
– Responsible for managing production budget and for operating within the designated guidelines.
– Lead, coach and motivate individuals.
– Lead change through innovative thinking and process improvements.
– Commitment to quality.
– Responsible for directing, controlling, and coordinating product material and ordering.
Must be extremely professional, quality-oriented organization which seeks to hire only the best in their chosen fields.
– 5 years or more of supervisory experience at the management level is required
– Bachelor Degree in a management or textile related field preferred
– Experience in cushion, apparel or textile production is preferred
– Must demonstrate cooperation, teamwork and interpersonal skills in working with other departments
