The Application Process
Applicants are required to provide written information about work history, skills, educational background and references. Each applicant is then interviewed by one of our staffing managers to gain greater insight into their ‘soft skills’ (personality traits, social graces, ability with languages, friendliness and ability to fit into the workplace culture).
Rhired candidates are tested using a combination of proprietary and commercial grade skills tests.

We go the ‘extra mile’ to verify professional references. Additionally, we have an established relationship with several screening agencies to perform criminal background checks, social security checks and educational verification’s as requested by the Client. Drug Screening services are also available upon request.
