Senior Project Manager

  • Location: Job Sites and Corporate Office
  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead large-scale projects.
    • Ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
  • Requirements:
    • Extensive experience in managing large commercial projects.
    • Not just a delegator; must actively participate in project execution.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Prepare detailed cost estimates.
      • Analyze project requirements and specifications.
    • Requirements:
      • Experience in estimating for large commercial projects.
      • Proficiency in estimation software.
    • Desired Attributes
      • Hands-On Approach:
        • Willingness to work directly on project tasks rather than delegating.
        • Ability to engage with teams on-site and in the office.
      • Technical Proficiency:
        • Familiarity with project management software and daily use of management tools.
        • Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and specifications.

        • Must be collaborative and contribute actively to team efforts.
        • Not a delegator; must be directly involved in executing tasks.
      • Understanding of Scale:
        • Familiarity with large-scale projects ranging from $15 million to $150 million.
        • Experience with formal processes and management of significant project scopes.
