Job Description


  • Answer Phones in a professional manner
  • Scheduling the appointment for interviews, calling clients and assisting recruiters.
  • Assist with proposals as needed
  • Heavy Data entry and filing
  • Sales support – Schedule appoint for Direct of Sales
  • Recruiter
  • Must be a closer
  • Must be a hunter
  • Must be Aggressive


  • At least one year of sales experience
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to type at least 60 WPM
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent grammar, spelling and vocabulary skills
  • Familiarity with all office machines (fax, postage meter, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Desired Skills:


  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Familiarity with Recruiting/Heavy phone lines
  • Familiarity with Excel/MS Word

Job Type: Full-time

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Sales Support/ data entry: 2-3 year
  • Hourly 14.00 plus – Commission up to 3K
  • Hours: 7am to 4pm
